CWC3000 is a stabilized, ready-to-use 0.3% ClO₂ solution from Clear World Corp. (Slovakia). EU certificates in place, Ukraine MoH registration in progress.
CWC3000 is 0.3% chlorine dioxide in stabilized liquid form. Delivered in 1,000-litre IBC containers. Dosed into the water flow with a metering pump. No on-site reagents, no generator, no chlorination plant, no trained chemist required.
ClO₂ is a powerful oxidizer that kills microorganisms in three ways:
Effective against Cryptosporidium, Giardia and Legionella — pathogens that resist standard chlorination.
Acidification of sodium chlorite (NaClO₂) — patented EU technology. The solution is stabilized and packaged into IBCs at the production site in Michalovce, Slovakia.
Free chlorine — 0% (confirmed by Eurofins certificate). This is not "chlorine under another name" — it is a fundamentally different molecule.

Chlorine is still the default in many utilities. But it leaves trihalomethanes (THMs), does not remove biofilm, and requires hazardous storage. ClO₂ solves all three.
| Parameter | Chlorine (Cl₂) | CWC3000 (ClO₂) |
|---|---|---|
| By-products | THMs, chloroform — carcinogens | Salts + oxygen — harmless |
| Biofilm | Surface kill only | Destroys the matrix entirely |
| pH dependence | Effective only at pH < 7.5 | Effective pH 4–10 |
| Resistant pathogens | Weak against Cryptosporidium | Effective |
| Taste / odor | Typical chlorine smell | Improves organoleptics |
| Storage | Liquid chlorine, acids, hazardous | IBC containers, standard warehouse |
| Transport | Dangerous goods (class 2.3/8) | Standard |
| Chlorination plant | Mandatory | Not needed |
On-site ClO₂ generators are another option. But they require $50–200K CAPEX, electricity (a real problem during war), reagents, maintenance and a qualified operator. CWC3000 is the ready solution — none of that is needed.
| Parameter | ClO₂ generator | CWC3000 |
|---|---|---|
| CAPEX | $50,000–200,000+ | $0 |
| Electricity | Required | Not required |
| On-site reagents | Sodium chlorite + acid | None |
| Blackout operation | Stops | Runs (gravity feed) |
| Maintenance | Regular calibration, service | None |
| Solution quality | Depends on calibration | Factory-grade (Eurofins per batch) |
CWC3000 is registered in the EU (REACH) and the US (EPA), tested by Eurofins. The producer is ISO 9001/14001 certified and conforms to NSF/ANSI Standard 600 for water treatment chemicals. Registration in the Ukrainian register of disinfectants is in progress.
1 litre of CWC3000 = 3,000 mg ClO₂. At a typical 0.5 mg/L dose, that's 6 m³ of treated water per litre. One IBC (1,000 L) → 6,000 m³ of water. The dose is selected by source water quality.
| Regime | ClO₂ dose | Per 1,000 m³ | When to apply |
|---|---|---|---|
| EU baseline | 0.2 mg/L | 66.6 L | Clean water, stable networks |
| UA standard | 0.5 mg/L | 166.6 L | Baseline (Dnipro / Desna) |
| Flood season | 1.0–1.5 mg/L | 333–500 L | Seasonal turbidity |
| Critical | 2.0 mg/L | 666.6 L | Algal bloom, emergencies |
